You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of any funds.
Each player is permitted exactly one registered account on pind4d. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided. Accounts must be registered in your real legal name and match your verified identity documents.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These are clearly stated on each offer page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pind4d will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report any unauthorized access immediately to our support team.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, subject to KYC verification being fully completed.
pind4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error, during system malfunctions, or where odds were published incorrectly. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded to their account balance within 24 hours.

To access the full range of services on pind4d, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions govern the account registration process:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Any false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pind4d Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or s hared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pind4d uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings will be voided, and the matter will be reviewed by our compliance team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. pind4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All Accounts on pind4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once an Account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus calculations are processed in IDR.
pind4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before a Player may process their first withdrawal or where our compliance team flags an account for review.

KYC documents submitted via our verification portal are reviewed within 2–5 business days (WIB). Players will be notified by email of the outcome. pind4d supports the following deposit methods for players in Indonesia. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 50.000.000. Daily cumulative deposit limits may apply at the account level and are communicated during onboarding. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings in their Account dashboard.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account balance within 1–5 minutes of confirmation. In rare cases involving bank processing delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within one hour, contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. pind4d does not accept cash deposits or anonymous payment instruments. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a wager has been placed using those funds.
No fees from pind4d: pind4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; and (c) a verified payment method on your Account that matches your registered identity.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000. Higher withdrawal limits may apply to verified VIP accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes following approval by our finance team:
pind4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such reviews may extend processing times by up to 5 business days. Players will be kept informed of the status via email.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pind4d are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Bonuses not claimed within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity window. Extensions are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at the Company's sole discretion.
pind4d monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, wagering only on low-risk outcomes to satisfy requirements, hedging bets across accounts, or using automated betting software. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances and derived winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
Certain game categories — such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and live dealer table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentages for each game category are published on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
All sports bets are governed by pind4d's Sports Betting Rules, which are published in full on the Platform. Key principles include: bets are final once confirmed; in-play bets are accepted at our discretion and may be suspended during key match events; mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out; and odds are subject to change before confirmation.
All casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently certified and available on request.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on pind4d are conducted using independently verified random number generation. Draw results are final and not subject to appeal. Ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
pind4d reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) odds were published in error; (b) the event was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined under applicable rules; (c) a system malfunction affected bet placement or outcome determination; or (d) the bet was placed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms. In all void scenarios, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pind4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

All content on the pind4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pind4d or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of pind4d's intellectual property will result in account termination and may result in legal action.
pind4d aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pind4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
In any event, pind4d's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pind4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or cyber-attacks.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with pind4d's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pind4d implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and our servers are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
pind4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; legal or regulatory requirements; or commercial reasons at the Company's sole discretion. Where termination is initiated by pind4d for reasons other than Player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pind4d holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
pind4d's internal complaints procedure requires Players to first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
pind4d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
