To comply with international AML/KYC requirements, we collect copies of government-issued identification documents, including Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). We may also collect a selfie photograph for biometric comparison and proof of residential address documents.

Limitations: Certain rights are subject to legal limitations. For example, we cannot delete transaction records required for tax compliance or AML audits. Where we cannot comply with a request, we will explain the specific legal basis preventing compliance.
Access to pind4d is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from creating an Account or using the Platform.
During the KYC process, we verify the date of birth provided at registration against government-issued identification. If we discover that an Account belongs to a person under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded (minus any winnings, which will be forfeited), and the matter may be reported to parents or guardians and relevant authorities.
